Mark Lythgoe: a unique view of the world

Dr Mark Lythgoe is Director of the Centre for Advanced Biomedical Imaging, which is a new multidisciplinary research centre for experimental imaging. Mark is a neuroscientist and uses Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) techniques for investigating brain and cardiac function. Mark is is passionately involved in the public engagement of science and is Director of the Cheltenham Science Festival, one of the largest science festivals in the world.
